Summer skin with Nivea.

AD – This post contains gifted products as part of an ongoing brand relationship.

Now I’m fully aware that we’re almost, just within reaching distance of autumn but there’s still a chance to share a few products with you which I’ve been using a lot during the late summer months. I find that when the weather turns mild that it’s more difficult to take care of my skin as I almost don’t know what to do with it. During winter you can use heavier products and during summer you turn to lightweight ones but I need something which is almost in between.

Most of you will know by now that I’m part of the Nivea family. I love Nivea products, they’re a brand I can trust and I always have a good experience using them.

A little way into August they sent me some products to enhance my summer routines and I’ve been using them ever since.

I’ve been very into my skincare lately. Much like we all have I’m sure (because of lockdown) I haven’t been wearing as much make up as I once did and definitely not as daily as I used to. It’s more of a special occasion if I pop make up on now which I quite like!

The few new products I have from Nivea are from their “Naturally Good” range which means they’re made of at least 98% natural products. I have their Organic Camomile Sensitive Day Cream as well as their Organic Argan Oil Regenerating Night Cream. I also have their Organic Green Tea Cleansing Tonic.

I have really been enjoying using the products from this range. They seem to be very natural and kind to my skin, probably because they’re made from at least 98% natural ingredients (so no nasty stuff!).

I love the tonic. I was definitely missing this step from my skincare routine so this has filled that gap nicely. It’s a lovely, gentle product to use that really gets any last traces of make up left on your skin and leaves you feeling clean and  cleansed. It’s so gentle so I’d definitely recommend it for any sensitive skinned girls out there who want to add a toner to their routine.

The Day Cream and the Night Cream have also slotted into my skincare routines nicely. I moisturise every single day (as I’m sure a lot of us do) so having products which I can rely on and trust to hydrate my skin is important to me.

If you’re after a really natural product for your skin, then I can’t recommend these enough. They’re gentle, natural and I haven’t broken out or had a problem with them causing any issues with my skin. They also don’t seem to have a scent either which I like as some products can smell quite strong.

The night cream is slightly thicker than the day cream, which is to be expected but definitely makes it feel a little bit luxe to put on! It’s normally one of the last things I do at night, so having a good product to moisturise with really makes a difference and finishes my skincare routine off on a high… before I slip into bed!

Let me know if you’ve tried anything from the naturally good range before. What are your thoughts on these products? Have you tried anything from Nivea before?
